Historical cleanup

Imported duplicates are retained here and excluded from current invoice lists and financial totals. QuickBooks invoices before 9190 are treated as paid, except cancelled INV-8958. Original payment dates are retained and disputed dates are not treated as verified.

Historical customer and employee profiles are reconstructed from surviving documents. They do not prove a match to any current person or company. Historical invoice references include four cancellations confirmed by the owner. Original references are retained; issuing a replacement from those jobs remains blocked.
